Apstrakt

Razvoj atopijskih bolesti u detinjstvu zavisi od interakcije genetskih i faktora spoljašnje sredine (izlaganje alergenima, infekcije itd). Alergijske bolesti se javljaju u najranijem uzrastu karakterističnim sledom koji je poznat kao atopijski marš, a zapoćinje atopijskim dermatititsom i nutritivnom alergijom, praćen drugim alergijskim bolestima u školskom dobu. U poslednjim decenijama prevalenca alergijskih bolesti je izuzetno porasla. Nutritivna alergija i atopijski dermatitis počinju u sličnom uzrastu, a karakteriše ih izmenjen imuni odgovor. Mere prevencije danas su: izbegavanje alergena, primena suplemenata i rano uvođenje solidne hrane. Pravilni terapijski pristup u lečenju atopijskog dermatitisa i nutritivne alergije zahteva kompleksan pristup koji podrazumeva personalizovanu terapiju.
