Apstrakt

Zdravlje dece nije samo važan pokazatelj sveobuhvatnog razvoja zemlje i društva, već i vredan resurs i neiscrpna pokretačka snaga održivog razvoja jedne zemlje. Stručna istraživanja pokazuju da izloženost ekranima u ranom detinjstvu ima uticaja na fizičko i mentalno zdravlje dece, porast gojaznosti, metaboličkih bolesti, poremećaj vida, smetnje u pažnji, smanjenim kapacitetima za samoregulaciju, poremećajima sna, pa i depresije. U radu se ističe da mere delovanja na smanjenje vremena izloženosti dece ekranima treba da budu višeslojne. Pored edukacije roditelja i prosvetnih radnika, neophodne su šire društvene promene. Buduća istraživanja treba usmeriti na analize koje uzimaju u obzir celokupno okruženje u kojem dete živi i raste, kako bi se razvile održive i efektivne strategije za zaštitu dečjeg zdravlja i razvoja u digitalnom vremenu.
