UTICAJ COVID-19 PANDEMIJE NA UNOS VOĆA I POVRĆA KOD OMLADINACA U NIŠU

Apstrakt

Uvod: Pravilna ishrana utiče značajno na zdravstveno stanje populacije, posebno mladih koji su izloženi stalnim psihofizičkim naprezanjima, rastu i razvijaju se. Voće i povrće obiluje vitaminima, mineralima i dijetnim vlaknima, čiji odgovarajući unos unapređuje zdravlje i sprečava masovne nezarazne bolesti. Pandemija bolesti izazvana korona virusom (COVID-19) je drastično promenila ponašanje u kupovini hrane, a unos nekih grupa namrnica je bio poremećen. Cilj rada je bio ispitati potencijalne promene u unosu voća i povrća kod omladine izazvane epidemijom COVID-19.

Metodologija: Transverzalno epidemiološko ispitivanje sprovedeno je tokom decembra 2022. g. u Nišu. Primenjeno je anonimno anketiranje ishrane  korišćenjem 24-h upitnika po sećanju. Uzorak je činilo 64 omladinaca ( 42 devojaka i 22 mladića).  Dobijeni rezultati su upoređeni sa rezultatima sličnih istraživanja sprovedenih 2002. god. i 2011. god, sa sličnom populacijom. Statistička obrada urađena je pomoću programa MS Excel.

Rezultati: Prisutan je negativan trend  unosa voća i povrća kod mladih u Nišu u poslednje dve decenije. U njihovoj ishrani su najzastupljeniji krompir, plodovito i korenasto povrće, dok se zeleno lisnato povrće i mahuanrke ređe unose.  Kad je u pitanju voće, najviše se unose jabuke, a potom citrusi.  

Zaključak: Pandemija COVID-19 je uticala nepovoljno na prosečan dnevni unos voća i povrća kod mladih u Nišu. Neophodno je edukovati mlade ljude o značaju adekvatnog unosa  voća i povrća, kako u smislu količine i raznovrsnosti, tako i kombinacije namirnica.
