ZNAČAJ INTERDISCIPLINARNE SARADNJE U POBOLJŠANJU AKADEMSKOG POSTIGNUĆA DECE SA MULTIPLOM SKLEROZOM

Uvod: Multipla skleroza (MS) kod pedijatrijske populacije jeste sve češće zabeležena. Obzirom na vreme ispoljavanja, pedijatrijska multipla skleroza ima teže psihosocijalne implikacije za decu i porodicu. Prognoza i tok oboljenja imaju distinktivna obeležja, koja je razlikuju od adultne forme.
Cilj: Osnovni cilj pregleda literature jeste ispitati uticaj simptomatologije pedijatrijske multiple skleroze na rast, razvoj, akademska postignuća i kvalitet života sa naglaskom na interdisciplinarnu saradnju stručnjaka različitih profila u sistemu zdravstvene i socijalne zaštite i sistemu obrazovanja i vaspitanja.
Metod: Sveobuhvatan pregled literature izvršen je koristeći sledeće baze podataka: PubMed, Google Scholar i KOBSON.
Rezultati: Evidentan je negativan uticaj pedijatrijske multiple skleroze na grubu i finu motoriku, grafomotoriku, vizuelne funkcije, kognitivne i egzekutivne funkcije, govor, jezik i komunikaciju, socijalizaciju, mentalno zdravlje, posledično i na akademske uspehe i sveukupan kvalitet života. Pedijatri imaju ključnu ulogu u ranoj identifikaciji, lečenju, tretmanu i praćenju dece te se podstiče i saradnja sa nastavnim osobljem i defektolozima. Identifikovane su smernice za rad nastavnika i stručnih saradnika u školskom okruženju kao što su: akomodacija fizičkog okruženja, organizacije nastavnog gradiva, testova i domaćih zadataka, monitoring ponašanja deteta i drugi, posebni zahtevi koje je neophodno uvažiti.
Zaključak: Pedijatar poseduje značajnu ulogu u ranoj identifikaciji, lečenju i praćenju deteta, kao i u saradnji sa nastavnicima i stručnim saradnicima. Transdisciplinaran, individualan i individualizovan pristup deci sa MS uz uvažavanje smernica za rad u školskom okruženju i šire, te aktivno učestvovanje pedijatra u timu će pozitivno uticati na akademska postignuća, kvalitet života deteta i porodice i svega što on obuhvata.
