Apstrakt

Primarna prevencija oboljenja koja izaziva infekcija humanim papiloma virusom je vakcinacija.Vakcina je dostupna više od deset godina i  preporuka je da se vakcinišu i devojčice i dečaci uzrasta od 9 do 12 godina. Edukacija zdravstvenih radnika radi bolje komunikacije sa roditeljima, primena literature i preporuka, kontinuirana edukacija lekara, spremnost na davanje jasnih i preciznih odgovora na brojna pitanja i nedoumice roditelja, su put da se značaj vakcinacije shvati i prihvati.
